A wonderful summer recipe that is in season for several months!
2 lbs. tomatoes (any color or variety)
½ lb. beans (any color or variety)
¼ c. red onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
basil, chopped
